一、项目介绍
华东师范大学国际教师证书项目（GCIE）是中国大陆地区首个且目前唯一获得国际文凭组织认证的IB教师证书项目。项目依托华东师范大学学科教育、国际教育与教师教育的研究力量，结合中国国际文凭课程学校中的成功实践，运用双师指导和理论实践并重的培养模式，旨在培养具备中国教育情怀和国际教育理解，熟悉IB教育哲学，熟练运用IB教学法的IB教师。完成项目学习的学员将由国际文凭组织（IBO）颁发“国际文凭教师证书”（IB EDUCATOR CERTIFICATE_DP）。
二、课程架构
华东师范大学跨学科学术团队联合一线IB教学专家共同设计、开发该项目的系列课程并承担课程教学。项目系列课程分IB通识课和IB专业课两个板块。IB通识课包括“IB课程哲学”、“IB教学与评价”、“IB前沿论坛”和“IB教育实习”。IB专业课（中文方向）包括“语言习得与发展”、“IB中文教材评估与设计”、“语言与文学教学法”。IB专业课（数学方向）包括“IB数学英语”、“数学教学法聚焦IB数学”、“IB数学内容及分析”。
项目学习聚焦IB课程的十大培养培养目标，力求国际课程理念与教学实践的契合，强调学习者中心，注重探究、反思、合作、批判思维、跨文化理解。如：“IB课程哲学”将以知识论为案例来探讨IB课程重视高级思维技能的特征；“IB教学与评价”将通过案例分析和项目学习发展学习者的设计和实践能力，包括教学设计和评价方案的设计。
三、教学安排
项目课程的学习在一年内完成。学习形式采取集中授课、分散实习的模式，集中授课一般安排在常规暑假和国际学校圣诞假期间集中进行，实习安排在IB学校的教学周期内进行。集中授课6周，实习6周，总学分16分。

四、报名条件
招生对象：具有本科及以上学历，有中学教师资格证，有志于从事IB课程教学的职前或职后教师。
语言要求：英语CET六级/雅思6分/托福70分（IBT）及以上。外籍人士申请时需提供相当于HSK5级180分及以上的中文能力的证明。

七、获得证书的要求
课程学习前，由项目办公室统一将学员资料发送至IBO登记，学员收到IBO邮件后，需要根据提示，自行完成后续注册登记，以便获取IBO资源库权限；
完成所有课程的学习，考核合格，包括IB学校的实习（有一年以上教学工作经验者，提供工作证明可免除实习）；
申请IB教师证书之前，必须取得国内教师资格证书；
学校向IBO递交证书申请名单，学员缴纳相关的证书费用（约280美元）；
IBO审核后，颁发IB教师证书：IB certificate in teaching and learning (DP)。

Introduction of the Program
The Graduate Certificate of International Education (GCIE) program of ECNU is the first and only IB Educator Certificate (IBEC) program in mainland of China certified by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). The program take advantage of the research power of the departments of education, international education and teacher education of ECNU. They draw on the experiences and practices employed by successful IB World Schools in China and focus both on theoretical knowledge and practical skills training. Each participant is guided through training by two experienced mentors. The aim of the programs is to cultivate teachers with national- and international-mindedness. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be familiar with IB educational philosophy and be proficient in using IB teaching modes. The students who have completed the program will be awarded the IB certificate in teaching and learning (DP) by IBO.

The interdisciplinary academic team of ECNU, together with the first-line IB teaching experts, jointly designed and developed a series of courses for the program and undertook the course teaching.The course of study is comprised of four core units and three elective units.

Teaching Arrangement
The program is comprised of intensive instruction and teaching practicum. The intensive instruction is generally arranged during the summer holidays and Christmas holidays of international schools, and the teaching practicum is arranged in the teaching cycle of IB schools. 6 weeks of intensive instruction and 6 weeks of teaching practicum, with a total of 16 credits.

English proficiency (IELTS 6, TOEEL 70, CET-6)

Procedure for Obtaining the IB Educator Certificate(IBEC)
Participants should complete course registration before attending the course (to obtain IBO resource library permission);
Completed the program course; conducted the 6-week practicum experience in an IB world School (Those who have more than one year of teaching experience can be exempted from practicum by providing certificate of employment);
All graduates of the GCIE must hold an approved teaching qualification;
ECNU will pass the list of students who have fulfilled the above requirements to IBO;
Students pay around 280USD for the application of certificate;
IBO will issue IB certificate in teaching and learning (DP) after review.
